So this may end up being a really long story, but feel free to Giggle. Thursday afternoon I flew to FL for a corporate gig. I checked into the hotel and started to set-up my equipment to make sure it was all working after the travel. I turned on my laptop and nothing, try again, nothing. It sounded as though it was turning on but nothing was happening. Luckily I had Rob's with me so not a huge problem. I go shoot the incredible job (see animal photos, NGALA) and get back, I finish up work near 3am and try to go to bed, in a murphy bed (one that folds up into the wall). I lay down and heard it creak but I didn't think too much of it, then WOMPF! Its on top of me, the part that was bolted to the wall came down and landed on top of me, panic! I was trapped, I managed to move down the bed to where there was more room, took some deep breaths to not panic and reached my arm out, nothing! Panic again, oh right I'm trapped in a box! Okay relax I think to myself, you're not dieing. I eventually manage to leg press it off me and slither out like a snake. OK that drama ends. I get to the airport Friday to fly back I got to check in and realize I left my license back at security at JFK the day before. I tell the women and she says it's okay security is going to give you to full check. Fine I'm okay with that, well my flight ended up being delayed for 6 hours I managed to get on another one but in doing so got a new boarding pass and since my boarding pass had SSSS all over it I needed to have the new one restamped by security. As you know they are pains so I had to be researched and they almost took my soda away that I had just bought, luckily I still had the receipt! How boring and so annoying!
I have a wedding to shoot on Sat and luckily had another pro shooting with me. I went started work though I did feel a little sore. At the end of cocktail hour I was taking a photo of the brides sister and her husband when POP! My flash bulb exploded, ok one more peice of equipment broken. I continue to shoot with my other flash and bring my printer in to print a mini book for the couple. Turn the printer on and it has a problem, "Error, check printer" are you kidding me? I try and figure out and give up. I ask Bill (my second shooter) to take a look and eventually he does get it fixed, phew. So far my bad luck has ended, no big deal. I really just have to laugh it all off as there's nothing I can do to change it all. Enjoy my photos.

The bed that fell on me, there is a full size bed undr what appears to be a fallen shelf.
