Our New House
So we had a big week. We found a house we loved put in an offer and had it accepted, we had an inspection went back with a new offer and had that accepted. We'll be meeting with our lawyer this week to go over the contracts and are hoping to close mid may (there are currently renters in the house). A couple details, it is 3 bedrooms. 1.5 baths and .25 acres so Cedar is really excited to get a yard! So here are a few photos of the house. (not pictured is the family room which was a mess when we were there and the full bath which will eventually need to be renovated).

Just through the door on the left (in above photo) is a sitting room which leads back to the living room and the half bath.

This will be the office where I'll have my computer, it is just off the dining room looking to the front of the house.
Here is a view of the kitchen through the door way on the right edge is the full bath, the door behind Rob leads back to the dining room, the door Rob is looking through leads into the laundry room.
The above and below photos are of the laundry room, I'm hoping to get the washer and dryer next to each other.
